Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before installing or using Laxi Launcher ("the Application", "the Launcher", "we", "us", or "our"), developed and operated by Binary Era. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.
Laxi Launcher is made available exclusively via the official Google Play Store. We do not distribute, endorse, or authorize the distribution of the Application through third-party websites, mirrored APK hosting services, modified file portals, or external app repositories. Any copy obtained outside the Google Play Store is unauthorized, violates intellectual property rights, and may contain dangerous, altered, or malicious code. We strictly disclaim all liability for software obtained from non-official sources.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Binary Era grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and execute Laxi Launcher strictly on your personal Android device for non-commercial home screen management.

Laxi Launcher operates locally on your device without developer-owned telemetry servers. To provide core home screen management, the Application utilizes standard Android privileges (such as the AccessibilityService API or Device Administrator for screen locking, notification shade expansion, wallpaper updates, and package queries). All configurations and preferences reside solely within your device's internal storage sandbox.
The Application includes optional tipping and Pro Unlock features allowing users to voluntarily support ongoing independent development ("Tips", "Pro Unlock", "In-App Purchases"). By initiating an in-app transaction, you agree to the following terms:
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS, DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BINARY ERA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY OEM ANDROID FIRMWARE, OR BE ERROR-FREE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BINARY ERA OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING ANY ISSUES RELATING TO IN-APP TRANSACTIONS PROCESSED BY GOOGLE PLAY, DEVICE INSTABILITY, DATA LOSS, FIRMWARE COMPATIBILITY, OR BATTERY CONSUMPTION. YOU ASSUME FULL, SOLE, AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DEVICE INTEGRITY AND FINANCIAL DECISIONS.
Laxi Launcher acts solely as an interface to query, organize, and launch other applications installed on your system. Binary Era does not develop, monitor, endorse, or verify the safety of any third-party software launched through this interface and disclaims all liability for third-party practices.
If you have activated the screen-lock gesture or Sleep shortcut, Android security may require revoking the associated system service before allowing uninstallation:
Binary Era reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
